1. Processing Time

Orders take 1 to 3 business days to be processed, quality-checked, and safely packaged before dispatch.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. You will receive a notification as soon as your order has officially left our facility.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the United States. To ensure your peace of mind, every package is fully insured and includes a tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

  • Estimated Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery takes between 7 to 15 days to arrive at your doorstep.

  • Delivery Delays: While we do everything we can to ensure on-time delivery, estimated times are provided by our carriers and occasional delays may occur due to weather, customs, or high holiday volumes.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will typically become active and start showing updates within 24 to 48 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

ambientdesk is not responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, or brokerage fees).

5. Damages and Lost Packages

ambientdesk is not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. If your package arrives damaged or is lost by the carrier, please reach out to the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as the carrier will require photographic proof for inspection.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address carefully when completing your checkout. ambientdesk is not responsible for orders that are undelivered or delivered incorrectly due to a wrong or incomplete address provided by the customer.
